Overview
Kaitlin Carpenter has been with OnderLaw since 2017 when she began her career as an Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant on both our Class Action litigation team and Mass Torts/Personal Injury team.
Kaitlin graduated cum laude and earned her Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Editorial Board. She earned numerous awards for academic excellence, including second place for Judge Robert G. Dowd Sr. Appellate Advocacy Award and Academic Excellence Awards for Highest Grade in Criminal Law and Employment Law. Kaitlin also graduated with a concentration in Employment Law.
While attending law school, Kaitlin served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Angela Turner Quigless in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District and as Class Action Law Clerk at OnderLaw. She also earned experience at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she served as a Judicial Extern to Administrative Law Judge Kendra Howard.
Since earning her J.D., Kaitlin has focused her practice on class action litigations and has proven herself to be a valuable member of our team
