Stephen H. Ringkamp spent 46 years as a principal at the Hullverson Law Firm in Saint Louis, making his mark practicing personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability law throughout the state.
Mr. Ringkamp has been a leader in establishing Missouri courtroom procedures and reform. He has served as a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions since 1981, as chairman from 1991–2009, and as reporter from 1981–1991. During 2000, he served as a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Reform, providing recommendations and resources in an extensive study of means to improve the civil justice system and enhance juror experiences in participatory democracy in the courtroom.
