TOTAL ESTATE PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION:
Our firm specializes in an area of law we call Total Estate Planning and Administration.
Total Estate Planning Administration includes Wills and Probate, and
Living Trusts. But it's more than just that.
It also includes Estate and Gift Taxes, Business Organizations, and Elder
Law. Essentially, it covers all of the issues about how you own your property
and your business, how your preserve your wealth, how you protect your assets,
and how you transfer your property to the other members of your family in the
event of your death.
Total Estate Planning and Administration therefore deals with all of the issues concerning the ownership, structure and management of your accumulated wealth; your business (whether a sole proprietorship, or a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company); planning for death; administering trusts and estates after death; planning for changes in your family (marriages and children); charitable giving; and all of the tax issues involved in these area.
Through Total Estate Planning and Administration, we can help with all of your legal needs concerning ownership of your property or business, buying or selling your property or business, adjusting to changes in your family, and planning how to most easily transfer the wealth you have accumulated to the members of your family who survive you, at the lowest tax cost. After someone has died, we will also help you administer the estate or trust to ensure that the tax planning that was put into place is carried through for maximum tax savings.
