Kimberly Lewis Towe is a Missoula attorney with over thirty years of legal experience. Kim handles insurance claims, auto wreck cases, defective and dangerous product cases, defective medical implant/device cases and medical malpractice cases. Kim has represented clients in multi-district litigation cases for defective medical implants throughout the country. Kim also has extensive appellate experience, having handled multiple appeals to the Montana Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
Kim grew up in Hamilton, Montana. She attended Montana State University and then the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2005. Kim began her career as a law clerk at the Montana Supreme Court, clerking for the Honorable Karla M. Gray. She then joined Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry & Hoven in Helena, Montana, practicing in the firm’s litigation group. After moving to Missoula, Kim joined her husband James Towe in creating Towe Law Offices. Towe Law has been dedicated solely to handling Plaintiff’s personal injury cases. In 2013, the law firm expanded to form Towe & Fitzpatrick, PLLC. The focus of the firm remains the same, helping people enforce their rights and obtain compensation for their injuries and losses.
When not working, Kim enjoys hiking, spending time at the lake and spending time with her family and friends.
