Kyle is a Montana native, originally from Fairfield, Montana. Prior to law school, Kyle was employed in the banking industry. Kyle has practiced law for over 30 years. For the past 25 years, Kyle has limited his practice to family law, whether representing clients, or acting as a settlement master or mediator.

Outside of his practice, Kyle has been involved in local youth sports, including Little League, High School Sports, and as President of the Missoula Mavericks American Legion Baseball Program. He also enjoys golfing and fishing, and spending time with his family. Kyle is married to Jill, and live in Missoula.
