Attorney Dan Augustyn’s dedication to representing accident victims was shaped by several auto accidents that affected his own life, including the loss of a close friend and the near-death of his brother. Our Lincoln office reflects our deep Nebraska roots. Dan is a seventh-generation Nebraskan who grew up in Kearney and Lincoln and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before earning his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. We first opened our Nebraska practice in 2005, and we are proud to have served clients throughout the state for nearly two decades.

Dan and our paralegal, James Parks, bring 50 years of combined legal experience to our work. Together, they spent 22 years working for a former Nebraska state senator who chaired the Nebraska Legislature’s Insurance Committee for 12 years and practiced law for nearly half a century. We continue to draw on the knowledge and principles he passed down as we advocate for our clients.

We focus on personal injury matters involving automobile and truck accidents, helping clients navigate the insurance process and pursue appropriate compensation. Insurance companies have their own financial interests, and we work to ensure our clients understand their rights and do not settle for less than they may be entitled to receive.
