Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!
