Brown v. Meyer Automotive, Inc. (2019)
- Citation: Plaintiff claimed she was unable to work, but when confronted with surveillance video at trial suggesting Plaintiff was earning money cooking at home, Plaintiff was forced to change her testimony concerning informal employment. As a result, the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court reduced Plaintiff’s temporary disability claim by 50%.
