David S. Lathrop Jr. was born and raised in Omaha, and graduated from Archbishop Rummel High School. Mr. Lathrop served in the United States Navy Reserve on active duty from 1971 to 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1976, and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University Law School in 1979. He was admitted to practice in the Nebraska State Court and the Federal Court in 1979. Mr. Lathrop focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Criminal Defense.
