Overview
Reghan is an Associate focusing on insurance defense litigation. She was recently admitted to the Iowa Bar Association. During law school, she gained hands-on experience as a Law Clerk at Mooney, Lenaghan, Westberg Dorn, where she contributed to depositions, assisted drafting discovery materials, and attended hearings and trials. This exposure fueled her passion for litigation.
Outside of clerking, Reghan was actively involved at Creighton Law, serving in leadership positions with the Student Bar Association, the Women’s Law Student Association, and the Moot Court Board. She earned the CALI Award of Excellence in Health Care Insurance Law. She also participated in client counseling competitions, advancing to the regional finals, and selected to participate in the national competition. At the national competition, she was a semi-finalist, placing among the top six teams out of 68, representing 52 law schools.
