Overview

Ashley L. Albertsen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing from Peru State College. Ashley earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2010. Throughout law school, Ashley worked at the Douglas County Public Defender's Office.

In 2010, Ashley successfully completed the Nebraska Bar, and began working as a fellow practitioner. Ashley's focus has been on criminal and juvenile law. Ashley believes that everyone deserves representation, and she strives to provide her clients with the best representation she can. Ashley and Melissa partnered in the beginning of 2013 to form Oestmann & Albertsen Law PC LLO. After joining briefly with another law firm in 2018, Ashley and Melissa chose to go back out on their own, preferring the small firm feel.

Ashley, a partner at Oestmann and Albertsen Law PC LLO, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and the Nebraska Women's Bar Association. Ashley is also a member of the juvenile section of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
