Verified ClientHired Law firm 2022-2025As a transplant to the area, I didn't know who to call when I was injured in a car accident. Driving home there was a billboard for Benson and Bingham. That is the firm I chose and was never disappointed. The staff is both competent and compassionate. The reason I stated staff is because my original attorney took another job opportunity. She was replaced by Todd Alexander. He did a great job and took my case to the end. I felt supported during a difficult time in my life. Any and all questions were promptly answered, in detail. When I was having issues with disability paperwork, Gohart helped by faxing information for me. They exceeded my expectations and if I'm ever in this situation again I now who to call and where to go.

My bride and I decided to purchase ebikes to make it a little easier on the knees, military was not kind to them. I figured riding to work would be a good way to get some exercise during my commute. Did this without issue for almost a year. In April of 2024 I was riding home, in a clearly marked bike lane. Suddenly a driver in a Honda kicked open their door, I plowed into the door, and me and the 70 lb ebike flew over the door, landing hard on the asphalt on my back, shoulder and head, breaking my helmet. Took a bit to be able to try and stand. The gal opening the door was very apologetic, and truely was sorry. I went to the ER to be sure there was no permanent damage, but man was I sore for a couple weeks. Their insurance reached out and covered the cost of the bike right away. But when discussing the medical bills and compensation I realized I would be owing money. They were definately not negotiating in good faith. I called Benson and Bingham for help. They were firstly concerned that I was getting the medical care needed. After months of therapy I was a little concerned about the mounting bills, but they assured me it would all be covered, and they were right. Their communication and care was outstanding, and I appreciate all they did to help get this case closed. Todd Alexander was the attorney, and Gohark was very helpful. Thank you Todd and B&B!
