Bryan Murray Esq. - Henderson, NV

Bryan Murray practices primarily in the areas of business and real estate law. He has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in connection with stock and asset acquisitions, secured loans, mergers, going-private transactions and joint ventures in a variety of industries including gaming, real estate development and management, transportation, construction supply and entertainment. He has also represented buyers, sellers and lenders in many real estate purchase and sale transactions involving raw land, commercial developments and residential apartment complexes, and has represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases. In addition, Mr. Murray has formed numerous corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and drafted related bylaws, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements.
