Jason Kelly is a Nevada-licensed attorney with Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright. His practice focuses on civil litigation. Jason represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil disputes and works closely with clients to navigate complex legal issues in Nevada state courts.

Jason was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and graduated from Centennial High School in 2014. He later attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Jason then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025.

During law school, Jason interned with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Idaho. During this time and throughout law school, he developed a strong interest in trial advocacy and dispute resolution.

Jason is married, and in 2025 he and his wife welcomed their first child. Outside of his practice, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and is a big supporter of UNLV basketball and football.
