Natalie E. Karacsonyi, Esq. - Las Vegas, NV

Natalie El-Kouz Karacsonyi practices exclusively in the area of complex divorce and family law litigation. Natalie is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, including its Family Law Section. Natalie is also a member of both the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.

Natalie has been involved in the Las Vegas Family Law community for more than a decade. Prior to entering private practice, Natalie served as judicial law clerk to two (2) different Family Court Judges: The Honorable Gerald W. Hardcastle, and the Honorable T. Arthur Ritchie, Jr. – who was then serving as the Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada. Following her time with the Court, Natalie entered private practice and spent the next seven (7) years honing her skills litigating complex family law matters.

Natalie has also co-authored materials for multiple presentations in the area of family law, including, but not limited to, “Cohabitation Agreements: Purposes and Procedures” for the State Bar of Nevada Annual Meeting in 2011 (which materials were also used for the State Bar of Nevada Advanced Family Law Program in 2011), “The Great Debates,” a presentation on the topics of child support jurisdiction, unconscionability in premarital agreements, and the modification and merger of marital settlement agreements, for the State Bar of Nevada Advanced Family Law Program in 2012, and “Preparing Your Client for Deposition: Procedures, Advice and Dealing with the Uncomfortable Truth” for the State Bar of Nevada Advanced Family Law Program in 2013.

Natalie graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with her B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis in the area of Public Law. She thereafter earned her J.D., cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law, ranked in the top fifteen percent (15%) of her class. During law school, Natalie participated in a community service program whereby she assisted in providing pro bono classes to the public in the areas of paternity and custody.

Natalie continues to devote time to providing pro bono legal services to those not otherwise able to afford legal representation, and has participated in the Partners in Pro Bono Project through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada in both 2015 and 2016.
