Overview

Nathan worked in financial services for nearly a decade before he found his calling to become a lawyer. Nathan attended law school at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. He interned for the Honorable Wesley Yamashita the Clark County Probate Commissioner during his first summer of law school. During his second year of law school, Nathan clerked for Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada in their Family Justice Project, covering divorce and related domestic matters. He clerked for Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. his second summer of law school. Finally, before graduating law school, Nathan externed for the Honorable Chief Judge Landis of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada.

Nathan joined Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. as an attorney after passing the Nevada Bar. He is licensed to practice in both the State and Federal Courts of Nevada. Nathan primarily focuses on Probate and Bankruptcy, but also assists in Estate Planning, Guardianship, Family Law, and Business matters.
