Richard D. Young - Las Vegas, NV

Richard is a trial lawyer at the Firm, who has nearly two decades of experience practicing personal injury law in Nevada. Richard spent the first 15 years of his career as a partner at multiple national defense law firms, representing and working with large corporations, including nearly every major insurance company. Richard knows how these companies value personal injury cases, he knows their strategies and tactics – he helped create some of them. Richard now uses his vast litigation experience and deep understanding of the other side’s playbook to help personal injury victims and their families.

Richard was born and raised in Southern California, but he has lived in Nevada ever since graduating law school. When he is not working, Richard is spending time with his wife and three daughters practicing his dad jokes. Richard considers himself a sports junkie, and whatever free time remains in his day after family and work, is consumed watching games, reading box scores, or trying to get the most out of whatever athleticism remains in his body after all these years.
