Overview
Mr. Stoddard joined the firm 2006 after leaving the Los Angeles office of a major, international law firm. Since joining Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, Mr. Stoddard represents clients in various industries, including construction, mining, health care, finance, retail and hospitality, in commercial transactions, including real estate, stock and asset-based transactions, and financing transactions. He also handles commercial litigation matters, employment law related matters of all kinds (including in advising employers on policy and handling litigation matters, including matters pending before the EEOC and NERC, as well as in state and federal courts). He also represents a select group of personal injury clients. He regularly represents clients in land use and zoning matters, and has successfully represented clients in obtaining federal and state governmental approvals and licenses, from Nevada gaming licenses and federal HUD subdivision approvals, to local and municipal licenses throughout Southern Nevada. By 2009, Mr. Stoddard was voted one of the top 100 attorneys in the State of Nevada as published in Nevada Business Magazine. Mr. Stoddard is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts in Nevada and California
