Daniel C. Hershkowitz is an estate planning and tax attorney dedicated to helping clients protect, preserve, and transfer their wealth with confidence. His practice focuses on estate and tax planning, asset protection, probate administration, and trust litigation. With a solutions-driven approach, Daniel enjoys meeting clients from all walks of life, learning how they have built their wealth, and creating plans that safeguard it for the future.
Before joining Gravis Law, Daniel began his legal career as an insurance defense litigator at one of the largest law firms in the United States, where he represented several Fortune 500 companies. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in high-stakes litigation and sharpened his skills in solving complex problems under pressure.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Ski Business Resort Management from Sierra Nevada University in Lake Tahoe and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada.
Active in the legal community, Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, and Wealth Counsel. These affiliations allow him to stay connected with his peers, exchange knowledge, and bring cutting-edge strategies to his clients.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in the outdoors. Whether skiing, snowmobiling, or traveling, he embraces adventure and the opportunity to connect with family. He is also a devoted Gonzaga basketball fan.
