Biron Bedard - Concord, NH

A former Managing Director of the firm, Biron’s practice includes litigation, municipal law, real estate, and commercial transactions. He represents a number of healthcare providers and has given presentations on mental health and medical record confidentiality. Biron serves as general and special counsel for several municipalities in New Hampshire.

Biron has been a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law since 2018. Biron has also been recognized in the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers in America® for municipal litigation. He has been trying cases in all state and federal courts in New Hampshire for more than 30 years.

Biron was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1991, having graduated from the Franklin Pierce Law Center that same year. He is also admitted in Maine, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, including the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire; the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. He is a member of the Environmental Section of the New Hampshire Bar.
