Henry L. Tipping - Concord, NH

Henry joined Ransmeier & Spellman P.C. in the summer of 2024. His practice focuses primarily on business formation, commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning and administration. He is particularly passionate about providing small businesses the tools they need to thrive in today’s market and navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Henry was raised in Boise, Idaho, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho. After undergrad, Henry worked as an account manager in the brand protection industry, helping corporations protect their intellectual property from global counterfeiting networks. In 2021, Henry moved to New Hampshire to attend the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2024.

Though an Idahoan at heart, Henry has transitioned seamlessly into a proud New Hampshire resident. He’s found New Hampshire’s vast swaths of forested land, beautiful hiking trails, and idyllic lakes to be the perfect match for his love of hiking and the outdoors. In addition to hiking, Henry enjoys reading, golfing, and exploring everything the New England countryside has to offer.
