Attorney Donald L. Blaszka, Jr. focuses his practice primarily in the areas of criminal defense/motor vehicle matters and DWI/DUI/OUI cases in all state courts in New Hampshire and northeastern Massachusetts. Attorney Blaszka is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court of New Hampshire.
Attorney Blaszka was born in New Jersey and grew up in Southern New Hampshire. Don graduated from St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts in 1992 and from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government in 1996. Don received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999 where he was a member of the National Trial Team.
Attorney Blaszka also has been an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce University since 2001 teaching Criminal Law, Courts and Criminal Procedure, Tort Law, Litigation, Business Law and Legal Writing & Analysis.
Don has been a volunteer soccer and lacrosse coach, served on the Hampstead Youth Lacrosse Board and is a member of the Derry Village Rotary Club. Don is also an active member of the Hampstead Civic Club.
