Ivy Haase is an associate in Shaheen & Gordon’s Business Law practice group. She has experience handling matters including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ivy brings a balanced, strategic approach to each client’s unique business needs. She works closely with clients to ensure they understand both the legal issues at hand, as well as the broader objectives driving them. Her holistic approach fits clients of all sizes, from individuals to multi-national corporations, and allows clients to achieve meaningful results.
Ivy graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2020; she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2023. After graduation, she worked in Washington DC, before working in-house at a unicorn tech start-up in Belgium.
