Consulted Attorney 2014-2022he is an evil man who never told me he placed a lien on my home for $16,000 for painting in july 2020 in the middle of the Pandemic while no one could get any painter for the outside to be done in Lincoln: then told me in an email on 2/28/2022 by telling me he is forclosing on the propety and added 30% interest to the amount of $12000: I went to court today to get an extension adn the judge granted it. However Greg Sorg refused for 2 years to explain the value of the $16000 for painting: no report no quotes just made up number. He did the same in 2013 and took $12000 and no work was done to this day: he kept the money and gave me no receipt: he specializes in evil action for coolidge falls home owner association. I am a single mom of 2 handicap kids and the legal guardian of my sick brother: he waited for COVID 19 to be there and did things without notice. He is real evil.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
