She has appeared before the Supreme Court of the State of Vermont and State of New Hampshire, Vermont Superior Courts; both civil and probate divisions, United States Federal District Court, District of Vermont, New Hampshire Superior Courts; both civil and probate divisions and the United States Federal District Court, District of New Hampshire.
Elana has earned the professional certification of Certified Estate Planner (CEP®), enabling her to bring every client a custom-tailored estate plan that is designed to preserve, protect, and pass on that individual’s estate as they so desire. This gives each client the peace of mind that comes from knowing their estate will be managed during their lifetime as they have directed, even should they become incapacitated.
