With advanced training and clinical experience in mental health care, Madeline brings a nuanced and practice-informed approach to her work with mental health care providers. She has been privileged to serve area nonprofits whose work is focused on post-incarceration reentry and substance use disorders – experience that has brought her into close contact with the legal, clinical, and policy issues unique to New Hampshire.
Madeline is a practiced advisor of not-for-profit, charitable, and religious institutions. She counsels these organizations on a variety of issues including formation, attainment of tax exemption, governance, donor-restricted funds, merger, dissolution, and various other corporate matters.
