Shawn Dunphy focusses on Land Use, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Boundary Disputes, Real Estate Title Issues, and Civil Litigation.

Shawn handles a number of diverse matters for individuals, corporations, and land developers. He has assisted clients with variances, special exceptions and various other land use related requests. He has also been involved in RSA 79-E tax relief requests.

Shawn is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is licensed in State of New Hampshire, as well as, the United States District Court for New Hampshire.

Shawn is a lifelong native of New Hampshire, spending most of his life living in Manchester. When he is not working, Shawn is active in the community working as a volunteer for Special Olympics New Hampshire, The Darbster Dog Foundation, and the Elliot Hospital’s Walk for Hope.

Shawn earned his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, class of 2018, and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, class of 2022, magna cum laude.
