Overview
Mr. Hoyle has been in the private practice of law since the conclusion of his judicial clerkship with the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., in 1995. Prior to organizing Hoyle Law, LLC, Mr. Hoyle was a partner at Cleary, Alfieri, Jones & Hoyle where he was charged with the handling of all Chancery, Probate and Elder Law matters for the firm. Mr. Hoyle has been appointed Fiscal Agent and Custodian of various business entities with substantial assets, as well as Guardian, Special Medical Guardian, Conservator and counsel for incapacitated persons by the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Hoyle is often appointed by the Court as a certified mediator in litigation involving familial disputes.
Mr. Hoyle is a Certified Master Guardian (MG) by the Center for Guardianship Certification. He is also the Chairman of the Chancery Practice Committee of the Monmouth County Bar Association. Mr. Hoyle is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, National Guardianship Association, Guardianship Association of New Jersey, Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Hoyle is also a Councilman in the Borough of Interlaken and serves as Police Commissioner for the Borough.
