David Garnes has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. David concentrates his practice on domestic relations (divorce, custody, child and spousal support payments and equitable distribution of property) and civil litigation. In 2006, David was recognized by The Legal Intelligencer as one of Pennsylvania's "Lawyers on the Fast Track."
Recently, David served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education, which was tasked with evaluating and making recommendations on the continuing legal education requirements of lawyers licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
An active member in many professional and civic organizations, David is a member of the Washington Township Zoning Board. In addition to serving on the Zoning Board, David is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. David is also a member of several chambers of commerce, including Washington Township, Gloucester County and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. Prior to graduating from law school, David served as a legal intern to United States Bankruptcy Judge John S. Dalis.

Hired Attorney 2020Horrible lawyer, he comes to court as promised, never follows up after. I reached out multiple times for almost a year and no reply. He NEVER reviewed my case with me after, NEVER reviewed the judgment. He was fast to take the money, did a mediocre job, and the disappeared. I can not reach him or his office with almost a year of tries. I've sent text, left voicemails, and sent emails. I would never use him or recommended him, he is not cheap and right in line with pricing of everyone else. I am not worried about the money I paid, have the decency to follow up with your clients after multiple attempts over multiple months to reach him. Horrible! STAY AWAY
