Mark Feuerstein - Fort Lee, NJ

Mark Feuerstein is an associate at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, P.C. and is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and New York. Mark specializes in claims involving truck wrecks, slip and falls and wrongful death matters, and he is committed to protecting the rights of the injured.

Prior to joining Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, P.C., Mark worked for a New Jersey civil defense firm where he defended various commercial clients in personal injury lawsuits. As a result, Mark knows what is important to the insurance carriers when evaluating potential claims and the strategies and tactics the defense uses to minimize or avoid liability at the expense of the injured. More importantly, Mark is not afraid to stand up to the insurance industry and has done so successfully on many occasions.

Mark previously served an Assistant Prosecutor for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, where he was assigned to the Special Victim’s Unit. Mark was responsible for prosecuting criminal defendants for crimes including domestic violence-related assaults, possession of weapons and distribution of narcotics. Mark also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nesle A. Rodriguez, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Criminal Division.

Prior to his Clerkship, Mark received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University School of Communications.
