He completed his undergraduate degree through a program between Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Delaware Law School, where he completed his Juris Doctorate and was on the Dean's list.
Prior to graduating Law School, he completed the Delaware Law School's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. During the Summer after his first year of Law School, Mena simultaneously worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Michael A. Toto, A.J.S.C. in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and as a law clerk at a Personal Injury Law Firm in his hometown. He has been well versed in Personal Injury ever since.
Mena has always had a passion for helping those in need. His advocacy for his clients is unmatched. He fights endlessly to meet his client's goals and ensures their utmost satisfaction with his representation. After graduating law school, Mena spent approximately three years of his career successfully representing Plaintiff's in automobile accidents, slip and falls, and cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. Mena joined the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold in January of 2022, and been a stellar advocate and litigator for his injured clients. Mena grew up in Union, New Jersey, and is fluent in English and Arabic. In his spare time, he is car enthusiast that enjoys being with his family, friends, and most of all Zeus, his German Shepherd.
