Thomas Boyle is an associate with Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. and is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of the State New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Boyle represents victims in personal injury matters and also handles workers compensation cases in New Jersey where he protects the rights of men and women that get hurt on the job.

Thomas has spent his entire career representing injured parties in all types of plaintiff’s negligence actions including construction accidents, premises liability cases, automobile accidents, municipal liability, asbestos exposure and medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Maggiano DiGirolamo & Lizzi, Mr. Boyle was associated with a New York City law firm representing injured clients in both New York and New Jersey. He has interned with the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt in the U.S. District Court of New York for the Eastern District.

In a case that was rejected by a prior attorney, Mr. Boyle was able to obtain $1,200,000.00 for an electrician who suffered broken leg due to a trip and fall on a construction site. Plaintiff’s boot became caught in a piece of metal protruding from the ground, causing her to twist and fracture her leg.
