She also worked for a time at a Prestige League AM Law 100 law firm.

Before attending law school, Ms. Sauer was in Senior Management positions in both IT (medical device) and the sports & entertainment industries where she drafted, negotiated, and managed hundreds of licensing, marketing, sales, and commercial agreements. She received a scholarship to attend law school where she studied Trademark, Copyright, and Internet law which has remained her interest and the prime focus of her practice.
