Dan Reiss is a partner in the law firm of Lomurro Law. He was previously a founding partner in the law firm of Pribish-Reiss, LLP. and also served as a member of the Board of Directors, SVP and general counsel for Caliper Corporation, an international personality assessment and management consulting firm, headquartered in Princeton, NJ. Caliper was eventually sold to Talogy Corp.
Prior to joining Caliper, Dan had served on the Board of Directors, and as VP of Development and General Counsel for broadband telecom companies, including CellularVision, of which he was one of the founders. This company was a pioneer in broadband data communications. Dan helped create the partnership of the inventor and management team, obtained funding through a private placement with JP Morgan, Verizon and Philips Electronics and was part of the team that shepherded it through an IPO on NASDAQ.
Previously, Dan was Vice President and General Counsel to the the VS Hovnanian Group, a major New Jersey real estate developer, whose holdings included financial services, insurance and water and sewer utilities. While there he managed its various holdings and led the company's legal team.
