I am a partner in a small general practice firm with offices in New Jersey and New York. A majority of my practice is focused on private criminal litigation in New Jersey and New York State Courts. I have tried approximately one hundred felony jury trials during my career. I am also a member of the Assigned Counsel Plan-Appellate Division, First Department and I am Certified (1997 – Present) to handle misdemeanors and felonies in Bronx County as a court appointed attorney. I also handle traffic matters in town courts throughout Northern New Jersey and Southern New York State, as well as federal criminal litigation in both states. I have been a Municipal Prosecutor in New Jersey from 2001 until 2019. I have been Borough Attorney for Lincoln Park, New Jersey since 2014.
