o Lead continuous Quality Assurance initiatives identifying trends of policy violations with potential for Privacy breaches;
o Develop corrective action plans targeting organizational awareness of Privacy Law and decreasing the incidence of breaches;
o Create and Lead enterprise-wide Privacy education programs; and
o Author Medical Record Custodial Agreements in accordance with HIPAA Law.
