Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015Received multiple violations with a minor in the car. I had worked with Scott before and knew that if anyone could handle the task, he could. Scott and I scheduled an appointment in his office which is conveniently located in the heart of Hackensack - where I had to go anyway to handle some other matters. Scott was very respectfully to the fact that a lot was riding on the outcome and honestly, I appreciated his honestly in what I should and should not expect. Once we hammered out all the details and he answered all of my one off emails and calls, we went to court and I was scared to death. When all the lawyers go in the "back room", that is where Scott works his magic. He knows every letter of the law and can bring up any case to win or interject on any argument. Once he came back and told me what deal he was able to get, I was overwhelmed with emotions. Happy is not the word - elated maybe that this can come to a close but more importantly grateful that I had a great attorney that was seasoned in court and knew how to handle my case. I felt really bad for the other clients using a public defender as, I'm sure he means well, but doesn't have his best interest in mind. Thank you again Scott for everything that you did. Sincerely,
