Julie A. Robinson - Millville, NJ

Julie A. Robinson, Esquire, serves as Of Counsel to Robinson & Robinson, LLC, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as business formation and counseling throughout South Jersey. She regularly represents individuals and small businesses in connection with the financing, acquisition, construction, leasing, and sale of residential and commercial real estate projects. Ms. Robinson also represents lending institutions in connection with commercial loan transactions and complex real estate financing.

In her residential practice, Julie guides buyers and sellers from the signing of contracts through closing, working closely with realtors, title companies, surveyors, and lenders at each stage of the transaction. Julie also counsels clients on the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial property, including drafting and review of purchase agreements and commercial leases, complex due diligence involving structural, environmental, and zoning review, defects in title, and state and federal regulatory compliance.

As part of the firm’s Business Law practice, Julie handles all aspects of business formation and corporate compliance, and counsels clients on internal governance procedures and required filings with state and federal regulatory agencies. Julie regularly advises on risk mitigation and addressing challenges in day-to-day operations. For clients that are non-profit corporations, Julie’s practice also includes the preparation of applications for tax-exempt status to the IRS, charitable registration with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and compliance with the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act.
