JONATHAN A. OZAROW has extensive experience litigating business disputes in state courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as Federal Courts in New York, and is well versed in alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Ozarow represents clients in a wide spectrum of complex business matters, including partnership disputes, complex contract matters, commercial real estate, employment, and bankruptcy matters. These matters include shareholder oppression litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes; Federal Labor Standards Act litigation; foreclosure actions; judgment enforcement; post-judgment discovery and collection litigation; business contract tort and veil piercing litigation; and litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Mr. Ozarow, a graduate of Cardozo School of Law, worked for several prominent boutique firms in New York City prior to joining the Firm. Mr. Ozarow was identified as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine in 2016 and 2017 - an exclusive list of the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 in the New York Metropolitan Area.
