Overview

Kaylee R. James, a May 2022 graduate of Seton Hall Law School, joined the Firm in May 2026. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. James gained extensive experience with environmental permitting and due diligence, redevelopment and land use projects, and related litigation matters.

During her time in law school, Ms. James served as a student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic, and she was selected to the Leadership Fellows Program in Fall 2020. While in law school, Ms. James also served as a law clerk and project assistant to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, where she supported the General Counsel with corporate legal matters. In addition, she served as a legal intern for a New Jersey law firm, where she assisted in commercial litigation matters.

After graduation from law school, Ms. James was a law clerk for The Honorable Joseph A. Turula, P.J.Cv., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She then worked as an associate with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., in its environmental and land use groups.

At Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law, Ms. James will be building upon her civil practice experiences and successes and assisting our team in all aspects of the Firm’s practice areas.
