Yesenia C. Francisco - Montclair, NJ

Yesenia C. Francisco is an associate with Hyderally & Associates, P.C. Ms. Francisco received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in May 2012 and a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, summa cum laude, from St. John's University in May 2009. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Francisco is also an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Francisco worked as a law clerk for Hyderally & Associates, where she assisted the firm with research, drafting motions, discovery requests, and other legal tasks. She also served on the Executive Board of the Latin American Law Students Association of her law school.

Ms. Francisco's prior experience includes internships in the civil division of the U.S. Attorney's Office-Eastern District, the Queens District Attorney's Office, and MTV's Business and Legal Affairs Department. She has also worked as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Joseph I. Orlian, P.C., a personal injury firm, and The Webman Group, a music licensing and publishing firm.
