Overview
Andrea Fiorica is concentrating his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. As a new Associate to the firm, he will assist with representing management and individual defendants in the private and public sector in all aspects of labor and employment. Mr. Fiorica will work with clients in a broad range of matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower status, retaliation, employment agreements, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, contract issues, business torts, and wage and hour issues.
While in law school, Mr. Fiorica clerked from March 2022 to April 2023, where he assisted in a variety of labor and employment matters. Additionally, Mr. Fiorica drafted discovery motions, mediation statements and performed intakes for prospective clients.
Upon receiving his J.D., Mr. Fiorica was law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Miralles Walsh, A.J.S.C. in the Union County Superior Court from August 2023 to August 2024. During his time clerking, he assisted in managing Judge Walsh's two civil dockets which included researching and drafting judicial decisions concerning dispositive and discovery motions, condemnations, prerogative writs, and criminal matters. Mr. Fiorica is admitted and licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
