Member: New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., Colorado, New Jersey State, Somerset County and American Bar Associations; Defense Research Institute.

Education: After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science, Mr. Fell attended Seton Hall University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctoris Degree in 1992. While pursuing legal studies at Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Fell served as Business Editor for the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal.

Mr. Fell served as the Weehawken Township Municipal Prosecutor and his experience includes matters involving commercial and corporate litigation, entertainment, personal injury, commercial and residential real estate.
