Attorney Information
Overview
Bailey K. Gunner is an associate attorney at Musulin Law Firm, LLC, where she devotes her practice exclusively to family law matters. As a first-generation attorney, Bailey channels her strong work ethic, resilience, and deep commitment to her clients—qualities forged through her journey from Ohio to Washington, D.C., and ultimately to the Philadelphia area.
Bailey earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a certification in Paralegal Studies. Her early experience caring for children—from infants to elementary school-aged—sparked a lasting interest in family advocacy and brought insight on family dynamics and the unique needs of children. Her insight deepened during law school through an internship with Musulin Law Firm, LLC, where she witnessed firsthand how profound an impact compassionate and strategic legal advocacy has on families during times of transition.
In addition to her internship at Musulin Law Firm, LLC, Bailey also gained important legal experience providing volunteer advocacy for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, where she assisted in case review and research aimed at preventing wrongful convictions. She also completed an internship with the City of Camden Law Department, where she developed a strong understanding of municipal law and the inner workings and operations of local government.
Following law school, Bailey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Hoffman, P.J.F.P., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part. There, she refined her legal research and writing skills, reviewed complex motions, drafted detailed orders, and analyzed evidence in a wide range of family law matters—including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and post-judgment modification/enforcement issues. The experience deepened her understanding of family law practice and reinforced her meticulous, analytical approach to casework—skills she continues to apply in her representation of clients today.
At Musulin Law Firm, LLC, Bailey approaches each case with precision, empathy, and a deep sense of compassion for her clients. She prioritizes open and honest communication and ensures her clients are well-informed and supported throughout each step of the legal process.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Bailey now resides in South Jersey. Outside of her practice, she enjoys exploring new hobbies including painting, piano, Pilates and yoga. She also loves caring for her adopted kitten and spending time with close friends and family while discovering new restaurants and hidden gems in the local community.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
