Mr. Rosenberg's criminal experience includes prosecuting and/or defending individuals charged with homicide, possession and/or distribution of drugs, aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, Megan's Law offenses, possession and/or distribution of child pornography, arson, kidnapping, aggravated assault, robbery, theft, auto theft, vehicular assault, death by auto, home invasions, and a litany of other offenses. He has experience trying criminal matters and is familiar with the criminal justice system. Mr. Rosenberg is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney. There are over 40,000 Attorneys in the State of New Jersey. Less than three hundred (300) have been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney.
Mr. Rosenberg graduated with High Honors from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2003. He initially served as a New Jersey Supreme Court Judicial Law Clerk for Justice Peter G. Verniero (Ret.), after which he was an Assistant Burlington County Prosecutor for 4 years. In 2014, Mr. Rosenberg founded the full-service law firm Rosenberg | Perry & Associates (formerly known as Daniel M. Rosenberg & Associates, LLC). He has successfully tried adult and juvenile criminal matters, both as an Assistant Prosecutor and as a private criminal defense attorney. He is committed to serving his clients, with excellence, in criminal and civil matters.
Mr. Rosenberg is licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He is an staunch advocate for drug and alcohol abuse awareness and recovery. He is a founding member of the AJ Butz Foundation, which helps individuals suffering from addition get assistance and access to recovery resources. He is also a determined endurance athlete and Ultrarunner. He has finished over 150 Ultramarathons (any run exceeding 26.2 miles) and 9 one hundred (100) Mile Races.
