Kourtney A. Borchers - Mount Laurel, NJ

Kourtney Borchers, Esquire, is an associate attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. Ms. Borchers received her Juris Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law, in 1996. After graduation, in addition to immediately becoming a full-time mother, she became a full-time lawyer where she has spent the last twenty years devoted to representing family law clients by crafting creative legal strategies and providing personalized client service.

Originally from the mid-west, Ms. Borchers moved to New Jersey after graduating from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson Law in 1996. Her career began at Quinlan, Dunne, & Daily where she specialized in family law. Since then Ms. Borchers has unwaveringly advocated for individuals faced with the often overwhelming legal process that they face during some of the most difficult times of their lives. She then went on to work as an associate attorney at Davis & Mendelson handling various trial level and appellate level family law matters.

Most recently she worked as the senior associate at Rebel Brown Law Group, handling complex family law matters at both the pre-trial, trial and appellate level.

Ms. Borchers is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bar. Ms. Borchers’ practice has been and remains almost exclusively concentrated in matrimonial and family law, where she remains dedicated to serving the best interests of her clients in all matters related to child custody, divorce, support, alimony, and division of assets.

She also volunteers as an expert panelist at the family courts in the Early Settlement Programs. Not only has Ms. BOrchers been a Barrister of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court, she is presently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Assocation, the Gloucester County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.

Ms. Borchers resides in South Jersey where she is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time with her three daughters.
