Nicole M. McCauley is a family law and divorce attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. Ms. McCauley exclusively concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and child support, alimony and asset division issues, domestic violence, and child welfare (DCP&P) litigation.

Nicole McCauley became a divorce and family law attorney because she truly enjoys safeguarding her clients and helping them reach a better place in their lives, both emotionally and financially. Ms. McCauley further volunteers as a panelist for the Gloucester County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program.
Ms. McCauley has been named as a “Top Attorney” in the area of Domestic Violence by SJ Magazine for six consecutive years.
In her personal life, Ms. McCauley has a special interest in advocating for those with mental health disorders. She serves on the Board of Directors for Buddy Project, Inc., a non-profit organization that assists those with mental health related issues to find connection and stability in their lives.
