I’d give her 0 stars. Incompetent divorce lawyer.. Writes fantasy stories to make client happy that can’t win the case.....she lost my adultery case and submitted incomplete information to the court without listening to anything I said...so she can’t piece together a story timeline. Don’t waste your money.....I fired her after she couldn’t get my CIS information right and screwed up my MESP by not getting my interrogatories in on time...

Ms. Reichek is a very dramatic and imaginative person. She presented to be incredibly inexperienced. And would waste everyone's time with stories of what "could be" and what "might happen." We all sat in court as Ms. Reicheck wasted our time as she verbalized fantasies of why a child should not spend time with their father. When questioned about her ridiculousness her response was often "stranger things have happened." A case that should have taken a day was dragged out over the course of eight months. Money that parents on both sides could have spent on the child in question was wasted on legal fees because of Ms. Reichek's antics and stories. I believe that Ms. Reicheck would be better off perusing a career in writing fiction novels or detective stories for television rather than be present in any court of law. What I’m saying is that there are other stages where Ms. Reichek can spew her absured imagination and make a very good living where it will not waste anyone's time, cost people a small fortune or hurt any children.

After paying Teresa a retainer, everything went down hill from there. I was expecting guidance from a lawyer and that’s not what I’ve received. I’m leaving her feeling taken advantage of for speaking a different language and not being filthy rich. If English isn’t your first language and you need help with your situation, keep looking for another lawyer.
