Ms. Knipe has over 15 years of experience litigating and managing a diverse range of civil claims including the areas of transportation, premises, property damage, general liability, construction defect and construction litigation centering on New York State Labor Law.
A significant portion of Ms. Knipe's practice involves the representation of clients throughout the federal, state and appellate courts of New York and New Jersey in the defense of bodily injury, personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from accidents. Her clients include insurance companies, retail chains, construction companies, landowners, tenants, contractors and commercial vehicles. She has extensive experience in depositions, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences and trials.
