Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2000. Thomas obtained his Juris Doctorate from The Widener University School of Law in 2003.
While in law school, Thomas was a certified legal intern for the Delaware County District Attorney's office. Upon becoming a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, Thomas began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Media Pennsylvania.
Thomas became admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Thomas continued his career in government service as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida where he tried numerous jury and non-jury trials to verdict.
Prior to joining Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C., Thomas gained experience working at a statewide firm in South Florida, where he handled professional negligence claims, construction site accidents, premises liability and construction defect claims.
